Hi, is anyone experiencing problems with not receiving alarm Notices in the APP or notifications on their phone? My symptoms are that I can arm/disarm via the app (I have W2 app on iPhone 6s) but when alarm triggers, the base unit goes off but the alarm notices/notification are not making it through to the phone. I have created a new account and also reset base unit to default and did a reboot of modem and base unit and phone and signed out and back into my new account. I also when into wifi setting on base unit and 'deleted all users' and reconnected to server. I can arm/disarm via phone app but when the alarm is triggered the base unit sounds but no notices are sent to phone app. I suspect that there is a problem with the Kerui servers, its Benn happening for over two days now, is anyone else having this problem? Or can some provide me with some advice on how to fix it? Thanks for any help. Regards Allen.

Hi Allen! Most likely only the developer can help. I had the same issues for a while with the W1 app. Aber a major upgrade, the notifications are now stable. Therefore the smart plugs aren't working anymore at all with the app - I would say for at least 4 month. Somewhere in this forum Russell shared the emailaddress of the developer. Not sure if he/she reads/understands the emails, but that might be the best chance...

Update: the problem seems to be fixed now, the APP notices and phone notifications are now appearing, I suspect it was a problem with their server not receiving the trigger/data from the base unit and/or the server was receiving the data but not pushing it to the APP. All in all after 4 days everything suddenly seems fine now.

I have noticed in the last month there is delay sometimes. One time it was a day or 2 and then suddenly on phones we got the notification from when it was triggered earlier.

I have w18 and same problem,but after I reinstall app w18 and trigger alarms it sends notification almost immediately,but after 5-10 min not receive any notification. If I reinstall app again first 3-4 minutes ok and aftervsame problem Any help?

You must disable battery optimization in Android.
