Hi,
I am new to this forum so its very pleasing to see that their is a helping community for the Kerui alarms. The alarm I have is a KR-W193 and I have noticed that only the fist 10 zones for sensors are affected when you use the "Entry Delay" option. All other zones will alarm instantly when you for example open the door if the sensor is in zone 11. Is this something that applies to all Kerui alarms?

Sorry, I only have exactly 10 sensors and can't test that for ya yet. Also, I usually use the same zone for the same room so i'm only using like 4 zones. Did you get your SIM card working by any chance? I put a prepaid t-mobile sim card it and rebooted, but it still says "No SIM". Any ideas? Is there some kind of setup required?

I have 20 sensors so I would like to use more than 10 zones. But it seems out of the question right now. My 3G SIM card works fine with the W193, but I live in Sweden so the mobile system and frequencies maybe different than in the USA.

Hi, I am new to this forum so its very pleasing to see that their is a helping community for the Kerui alarms. Yer we seem to have a good bunch here, I think everyone is pretty much in the same mindset so we like to help each other out. All other zones will alarm instantly when you for example open the door if the sensor is in zone 11. Is this something that applies to all Kerui alarms? I still only own the W1 which is limited to 8 zones, so I am only speculating. This is how I set my zones. 1. PIR sensors inside the house on Zone 1 and set zone to 'Ordinary' so when I am away from the house these get armed along with everything else. 2. All the door sensors on Zone 2 and set zone to 'Stay' so at night they arm. 3. My garage (door and pir) Zone 3 and set zone as 'Stay' so at night it arms. 4. My emergency alarms like smoke detectors on Zone 8 and set zone type to 'Emergency' so they are always armed. On the W1 app you set the entry delay on each individual zone. If your app is the same have you checked these timings? What about zone type, are your zone types different on 10+?

I think they used some kind of prepackaged platform just going on how big of leap they made and also the amount of permission access (spyware) it now requests before you install it. Aside from the privacy concerns alot of people have, the new app has ironed out alot of the previous issues. The best way to make feature requests is to post feedback on the app + email the developer again and again and again and again. This forum exists purely because the developer doesn't communicate.

What is the Frequency for WCDMA used by T- Mobile. I saw available WCDMA frequency on display for a while when I turn on the power of panel. Mine is for EU market supporting WCDMA 850 and 2100 MHz, US market one should support 850 and 1900. T-Mobile 3G : 3G/4G Frequencies (WCDMA): 1700 MHz & 2100 MHz AWS band 4 1900 MHz PCS band 2 (in refarmed areas) Please check your W193 panel if it support any of those frequency.
