I have struggled with a question for a while now, and have not been able to find an answer anywhere. I hope that someone here is able to assist When the alarm system is in alarm, and places a call to the defined numbers, no matter what number I press during the call, the alarm system is not responding to it. When I hang up, it calls back up again. In other situations when I call to the alarm system, a voice says, “Enter your password”. I have tried entering both user and administrator password… after that nothing happens. Tried entering both * and # after, and with number commands. However, still no luck. How do I activate/use these functions on the W193?

If it helps, even the app is annoying when the alarm triggers the 'alarming' signal takes over the screen on the phone. Not sure if it helps directly maybe with some background logic of this company when the alarm goes off. The systems should say alarm triggering and then ask you what you want to do eg what button to press.

How do I activate/use these functions on the W193? I tested mine recently. 1. It called my mobile ( alarm number) when sensor was triggered. I pick the phone and press "2" to disarm. It responded disarm in voice but message was a bit slow. Wehn I check the panel display, it was still in " call' state with spinning siren. I did manage to disarm the panel completely when I disarm on phone app wifi mode. 2. I choose sensor to turn siren off, and trigger it, Phone was called, I pick up phone and press 7 on keypad to turn on siren, it worked. 3. When I call to my alarm system from mobile , it asked to enter password. Both admin and user pw did not work. Just use 123456 and it worked. Here are some number commands I got in W18 Key [1]: Arming Key[2]: Disarming Key [3]: Monitoring On Key[4]: Monitoring Off Key [5]: Speaker On Key[6]: Speaker Off Key [7]: Siren On Key[8]: Siren Off Key [9]: Ganged Socket On Key[10]: Ganged Socket Off Key [*]: Exit and hang up. The system would not dial next phone number.

I usually use the W19 phone apps to reset and re-arm the system during system maintenance.
