hello bro,
I just bought w193 panel with standard accessories.
I want to connect the panel with my home router.
actually there is no configuration menu to connect to wifi devices around.
so, i did a google search to figure out how to do that but with no chance.
my panel has wireless icon. but when I enter to that icon, a message shows ' disconnecting from server'
I need your assist to solve this issue.
forthermore, I already installed w19 app on my android device with no benefit also.

In fact, I don't have W193, thinking to buy one. I am using W18 now. here are steps I did to configure W18 Wifi configuration work only with Mobile app together. on mobile app, register/ log in> choose wifi mode> add device> configure> ( please make sure your phone is connected to the wifi where your alarm want to connect to) > choose " I want to configure" > then select wifi network and enter password. Prepare your w18 > menu> wifi> wifi config ( option1) > enter then press " start configure" on mobile app. it will find device and set up wifi.

does anybody know why you get 4 messages each time an alarm goes off? i have a door contact installed on a door and each time i open the door I get 4 messages.(subject: W19: zone2 Alarming) a single message would be enough. or not?
