Hello everybody!
I just bought a G18 + dozen of sensors and more is on the way. So far, I am very happy with my choise. Super easy to install, NO INTERNET or wlan crap (best!), no smart phone or app dependecy, seems very reliable... If I had knew that these kind of alarm system existed I would have got one years ago!
Some questions, however. I am not sure I have understood the SMS and phone number settings. I punched in my phone numeber is all, it works. What is the difference with Alarm, CID and Help phone numbers?
Another question is that: when the G18 makes an alarm call to me, what should I do? Should I get a message, disable the alarm somehow?
All info and advice is welcome! Thanks in advance!

Help phone numbers will be called, when an Alarm in a Senior_Help zone is triggerd. You can specify the numbers that are called in the zone settings. (Select up to 3 out of 3) Alarm numbers will be called when alarm is triggerd in any other zone. You can specify this numbers in the zone settings too. (Select up to 6 out of 6) CID: keruizone.boards.net/thread/67/contact-cidWhen an alarm is triggerd, rush to your home ;-) If you have a IP camera, take a look at your home. Call a neighbour or nearby friend. I did not test yet, but according to the manual, you have to press * on your phone, to stop the alarm system from calling again and again.

Good answer! Here some more stuff bothering me... Very confusing to me.
1) when Kerui calls me, should it say/tell me something? Now there's just a silence, and I do not know why or from which sensor the alarm is caused? Is there any way to figure out what sensor caused the alarm call when I get the call? 2) I have now a dozen sensors in two buildings. All gives me different ”zone alarms” exept two! Two of these sensors give me the same alarm as SMS and on the wall unit. The same ones are the one door alarm at the main building, and the other one is the fire alarm in an animal shelter... Now I do not know which one alarms. Is there some way to change the other or both of the sensors? To be honest, I do not understand this zone consept. Sorry. All info and advice is welcome! Super BIG thanks in advance! Merry Christmas!
