My W20 alarm system produces alarms from time to time, although the system is disarmed.
The alarm is triggered from different PIR or door-sensors, when people are at home. In these cases the APP correctly shows the green "disarm" sign. When clicking on "disarm", the alarm siren stopps. It seems to be a software bug, because the W20 should never react on sensor triggers when beeing in the "disarm" state.
I purchased another W20 now, but it has the same problem.
Any ideas?

Hello elec,
I don't have that behaviour in my W20. Now with COVID-19 we are at home and I set up to arm automatically during nights and disarm at morning. Just now I have only Widows/Door sensors active but never got an alarm when disarmed. Have you checked the battery? Maybe the alarm is reporting low battery from the sensors (not sure how it will report it since I didn't face this situation yet) Also have you checked the zones modes where the sensors are assigned?

Sometimes when 2 detectors PIR or door send signals at the same time it can produce interference and alarm.

I have a same problem. I try new battery in the sensors, but doesn't work. I was thinking factory restore, but is very difficult for me, because i have many sensors. I think the problem some interference with wifi, radios, wireless telephone or something. Maybe an update can fix the problem.
