Hi,

I have just got myself a W1. Setup was OK via the V2.5 app on mobile-IOS and I created 1 PIR sensor in Zone 1.

Configured the zone as follows:

Zone property: Ordinary

AlarmWithin Baseunit: activated

AlarmOutside: deactivated

ArmDelay: 30 sec

AlarmDelay: 20 sec

RingTime: 2 min

When I now ARM the system on the W1 mainpage of the app, the system arms, but the PIR directly triggers the alarm from the first seconds when he sees movement and the W1 starts beeping for 20 sec till Siren starts. So no ArmDelay of 30 seconds.

Does anyone know what I do wrong?

See if in the manual there is factory reset option.

Also in the android app I think there is a host software/firmware update checker button in the settings or there was last time I checked they changed the app again on android this year and went back the old app for some reason.
