I have installed an alarm w18 but in the day I receive alarm alert 3 or 4 times I think by motion sensors, gives false alarm, how must I set it or place them?

Can you see on the control panel or app which sensors are triggering the alarm?
With PIR sensors they have plastic cover (the part we see) which sits in front of the sensor. The cover is made up of different shape cones. The sensor looks out for sudden changes in temp between between areas. With this mind be cautious about 1. Facing windows as outside objects like trees or passes by will trigger 2. Places where there are wind draughts like closed stairway passages, manhole to loft as updraft changes in air temp can trigger. 3. Fridge and freezes also produce a fair amount of heat from the motors and have updrafts. 4. Spiders love CCTV camera and PIR sensors which provide good home. Some spiders leave their webs out, some spin them out for a couple of hours and then eat them up and then spin them out... So don't always assume that no web equals no spider. 5. Anything that moves inside the house, moths, mice look for evidence.
It is super handy to know which PIR sensor/s are doing it cause then you can go investigating in that room about what might be doing it. If the app or control panel won't tell you. Then you can try pulling the batteries out of all the PIRs and then add back a sensor one day at a time and if it triggers remove the sensor and wait again and see if it triggers rinse and repeat until you know it is that sensor. You can also swap PIR sensors to try the one that is going off with one that doesn't which will also let you know if it is the sensor or the room.
