Hi, I've tried to reset my password via the w1 app and it says they have sent me an email but the email never arrives. Has anyone had the same issues? Plus I'm no longer getting push alerts? Cheers DH

Not sure, how valid this is, as my W1 just arrived today, but I read somewhere that folks just created a new account. But certainly that should be the last option...

I would try registering again with the same email address and see if it tells you the email address is already being used. If so at least you know the email address is still on their system.
Have you tried your junkmail?

Just tried it through the app as well and haven't received an email either.
Maybe there is any website / web interface that works?

The units DO NOT have firmware website pages builtin like modems and printers, and I am pretty sure there is no webpage, it is all managed through the app. Probably not an option for most people, but if you have multiple email addresses you can register with another email address a new account. You can also try emailing sales@secrui.com but good luck getting any response from them.
