Only thing I don't like about this alarm is you can not delay arm or disarm a specific zone. If you add delay all zones will get it even on stay home mode.

I don't understand why Kerui did not put this feature on all their units? There are new Kerui units that came out on ebay W193 and G183. W193 supports WFI, GSM 3G and PSTN. Some models only support 2G GSM This ebay seller as all the Kerui models under one listing with all the features so you can compare between them All Kerui Alarm Systems

It looks older to me. But you are right. Their development process is kind of interesting. E.g. their pretty new 'premium' model K7 has only 2G and not 3G. Not sure how it is in China, but in most other parts of the world 2G networks are getting decommissioned...

W18 mobile app is very primitive one. Very limited functions. I just bought W18 for a friend and I was completely taken back at how CRAP the app is for this unit by comparison to W1 app. On the W1 app you can use the app to program everything that is possible with W1, but the W18 app it pretty much useless and you must do everything on the keypad on the unit. Very disappointed, I had such high hopes for W18 when I was selling it to my friend now I feel a little embarrassed.

Hi all, Bought the kerui w18 and agree with all comments here, app sucks... but I still think this is a good device. Excluding 'Add Accessories' option, you can pretty much do everything from sms commands, and works really well. I prefer to use an app that depend in sms to alert me than one that will depend in network connection. With sms commands, we have the option to make our own app for sms handling. A made a json file with all sms commands and some info I have gathered about the W18: pastebin.com/Zf4h7QuM
