Hello all. I had my K7 for about 10 months now and one day it did not accept my key chain remote to disarm.
After I enter the building with the alarm, it did not siren, nothing. I check the unit and it was as if was factory reset. No sensors, no remotes, no sirens saved. I reprogram a few sensors, a remote, and a siren. About a day later the unit forgot all of them and once again the unit looks like it was reset.
I checked and it looks like it can no longer remember anything after a power cycle.
Also to note, the alarm log is now blank. It will not capture any data now here. The touchscreen graphics have also shifted to the left so not all the screen can be seen- about a .5cm shift to the left. The touch sensor also shifted too. Real weird.
The unit resides in a desk drawer so it never was dropped or mishandled. I am the only user so I know nobody else touched it. Any ideas?
