My W1 started flashing green/white and red/white yesterday morning and hasn’t stopped. I tried reconnecting and it won’t. My network is working. I tried logging out on the app but now can’t log back in. It says failed 8044. My emails to support have gone unanswered. Anyone else experiencing this? Before I logged out it said the W1 was unbound.

My panel wasn't flashing. But I had to sign in again on the app and it kept failing to signin several times I kept clicking on signin and then all of a sudden just signed in.

Looks like they were down. The moment it stopped flashing I was able to log back in through the app.
