Anyone know whether z31 vibration sensor can pair/work with kr-w2 alarm system?

I don't have any, but I can't see why not as long as they are Kerui they should have no problem pairing. All any of the sensors are doing is firing a trigger signal to the alarm units. The alarm units do not care whether is it is smoke alarm, door sensor or shock sensor I imagine all they receive is a generic trigger from a detector.
