good morning. w1 does not connect.
my w1 worked more than 1 year correctly.
3 days ago it is flashing green and blue light and I stop seeing in the app.
I reconfigured the wifi from two phones and nothing. I returned to load the app on another phone, I reconfigured wifi and na nothing happens, in no app appears the w1 to work remotely.
The wifi works well on my cell phone, pc, tv.
someone can help me and solve this problem. thanks

My w1 seems to have the same problem. Flashes green and white or blue and white or red and white instead of steady green or blue or red depends from the condition(arm or disarm) but it workes properly from the app.does anyone knows why the led is flashing.i am sure there is no problem with the wifi.

Hello. My problem is now solved. It was probably a mistake with a kerui server...

I was overseas when you guys posting this and I also kept opening my app and it would saying alarm was disarmed so I would armed it. Later I opened my app and it said it was disarmed again, this happened for several days and I gave up checking on it. Now I see your guys posts there must have been main server problem thanks for clarifying.

I purchased three different Kerui W1. Just one of them is working fine. The others two did not connect to any wifi network. I have tried on different wifi and with different smartphone, but without any success. The seller refused to refund me the two defective panels, very disappointed.

I purchased three different Kerui W1. Just one of them is working fine. The others two did not connect to any wifi network. I have tried on different wifi and with different smartphone, but without any success. The W1 or W10 same thing can only connect to 2.4GHz WIFI. It used to be that wifi modems would have 2 different wifi names (SSIDs) eg lucky_wifi and lucky_wifi_5G and you had to go into the wifi settings on your phone and connect and enter the password as you first connected to each of them. Nowdays there is big shift and many wifi modems have both 2.4 and 5Ghz but you only see one wifi name and that contains both 2.4 and 5 for your phone to dynamically change between the two as it sees fit. So you need to make sure you phone is definitely using 2.4Ghz at the time of setting up W1. To do this you need to install an App from the Google Play or Apple App store which can tell you information about the wifi. I have android so I use Wifi Analyzer app by farproc If you do have a modem that streams both 2.4 and 5G under a single SSID and your phone keeps connecting to 5G then you can either keep walking away from the modem and watching for the phone to jump onto 2.4Ghz (5G has poor distance) or you can download an app which I use called Wi-Fi Switcher by f1widget has abitlity to force your phone to use 2.4ghz or you could go into your modems settings page turn off wifi until you have setup W1.
