Hello,
I'm having lot of problems to connect my W18 to the WIFI.
I have try the App in IOS and in Android and even tried with different wifi routers.
Is there any special configuration to be setup at wifi router?
Opening ports or something like that?
In the same pack I bought an wifi IP camera and it connected to the wifi without any problem.

Hi anto52nio,
Just last week I bought a w18 unit, the matching is really simple.
Start the app >> register to the app >> insert your wifi password >> start the 'wifi config' on your W18 unit >> press 'configure' button on your device (the countdown start), after some second you will see your unit in your app.
N.B.: your device must be connected in wifi to your lan; I have not open o forward any port on my router.

I am trying to configure my W18 panel to my WiFi and no luck.
How can I configure the unit to a) see the WiFi and b) to insert the necessary password?
The configure WiFi part does not appear to do anything.

You have to do the configuration by using the app on your phone

Guys, need some help.
The panel doesn't connect to my router.
I tested with a hotspot on my Samsung Galaxy S7 edge - this way it was connected.
But I need to connect it to the router and I'm unable to do that.
The network I tried with was 2.4 GHz.
I have the router provided by vodafone (Vodafone Wi-Fi 6 Station)
