Hi all, I would like to have some info regarding the zone and the event code. Sorry in advance for the quantity of question ! I can choose 8 different zone type: - Normal: I suppose this is a standard accessories like a pir or magnetic sensor; arm if I push arm and disarm if I push disarm. - stay: used when I push the 'Stay button' on the remote to arm everything except the accessories in the Stay zone - Intelligent: I dont know, somebody can let me know- Emergency: I dont know, somebody can let me know- Close: I dont know, somebody can let me know- Doorbell: is like a doorbell, it chime only at the moment of the trigger - Welcome: is like a doorbell, but say 'Welcome' - Help the senior: I dont know, somebody can let me know -Is it right what a wrote? -If I want to install co2 sensor or smooke sensor how is the correct zone? -I understood that if the power fails, the system push a message to the app, but the problem is that is only message without any type of sound; in which way I can obtain a sound alarm on my app (like for exampe when a sensor trigger a roobery)? I have to put the 'power failure' under another zone? Which zone?
Event code What does the event code means? For example 110 fire, 121 robbery, 130 burglary, 151 gas... I use only the WIFI network (NO GSM/4G card), what represent the above codes, are only for the gsm/4G card? Thanks again Roll

intelligent will not ring the alarm immediately. It make a click sound on first trigger and ring the alarm on second trigger within short period. I use it in most place in my house because we accidentally trigger the sensor Emergency is to ring the Sirin Help the senior also ring alarm non stop till someone come ans stop it similar to emergency. Some mode are similar but you may notice that you can select phone number to alert for each zone. For example, you will ring Fire department phone for Fire. help elderly will ring phone of carer. They are shown in number 1 through 6. You will assign 1 is which phone number, 2 is which number. That is how I understand. I may be wrong. My first device ans still learning.

Hi all, After some test I understood that: -Normal (AWAY on W18 unit): arm if I push arm and disarm if I push disarm. -Stay (HOME ARMED on W18 unit): used when I press the 'Stay button' on the remote to arm everything except the accessories in the Stay zone -Intelligent (SMART on W18 unit): **see prev post** -Emergency: Ring the siren also if the alarm is not armed, but NO notified on smartphone app -Close (DISABLED on W18 unit): I can disable the selected zone -Doorbell (CHIME on W18 unit):Always armed, is like a doorbell, it chime only at the moment of the trigger and NO notified on smartphone app -Welcome: Always armed, is like a doorbell, but say 'Welcome' and notified a alarm on the smartphone app -Help the senior:Always armed, Similar to emergency but push a notified to the smartphone app - I WILL USE THIS TO CONNECT THE SMOKE AND WATER SENSOR
Somebody can suggest how to receive a push notification in case of power failure? At the moment I can see the power issue only on the app log, without any notified. Thanks Roll

Hi Roll Apologies for hijacking this thread. I am interested in buying a W18, but i need a device with at least 1 wired zone. Are you aware if your W18 has 1 or more wired zones? Thank you so much for your help. Do you just use the Wifi or 2G as well? If just Wifi and you have ADSL or Cable you'd need to put backup power supply on the modem to keep it going. In Australia we are all being put on a hybrid fibre connection which means when the power goes down so does the internet whether you have a backup power supply or not.
