This forum exists because of the almost non existent support provided for these alarm by the manufacturer. On Google play (probably the same on App store) the app developers email address is huyu0415@163.com I have let them know that this forum exists and to keep an eye on the chat here for issues that users discuss. Whilst some people get disheartened when they contact the developer about issues and get no reply. I strongly recommend you continue to log faults even though you don't get a reply. This is an example of what a helpful email contains for a developer. Alarm system (eg w19): Phone Model: Operating System and version: Whether you have the latest version of the app installed: Description of problem: How often or when it occurs: UPDATED 29/1/2018: I just noticed on ebay how big one of the sellers was. I wouldn't be surprised if this is the manufacturer selling directly to the public. So maybe this is one way to contact them and actually get a response.

Thanks for sharing the address, Russell!
I just dropped him a note, as the smart plugs continue to not work through the iOS W1 app - for a couple of month already...
Will see if the developer gets back at all.
