Has anybody ordered direct from Kerui in china to the UK, and if so did you have to pay VAT before receipt of the parcel?

However their store front is ....odd - you have to email them first for payment details which sent me running! Personally I would use eBay as that way you potentially have Buyer Protection. You will always run the risk of import VAT if the item is stopped by customs but I have never had a problem.

If you look on ebay the biggest two sellers of Kerui stuff have such high sales turnover it is obvious that this is them selling direct on ebay. Like Tazzy said buy off ebay it gives you buyer protection if the parcel doesn't turn up or anything goes wrong. If you order directly with the company I can almost guarantee (going on their non existant product support) if anything goes wrong with the order your emails will fall on deaf ears.
