Hi, I changed the administrator password and after changing the password is no longer working. I tried in different ways, unfortunately it does not work. is there any other way to reset the password? Please Help me.

In theory if you press the "open" button , then you press 123456# and after that you free the "open button" then it should restore the admin password to 123456
but the questions is, what is the "open button"? Maybe the tamper one? maybe the wiring open door?

The procedure is to connect the OPEN and GND terminals with a cable and introduce "123456#" after that disconnect the cables. the password should be reset to factory default.
