I'm setting up my alarm system and my SIM is working fine but for some reason I still have a "NO SIM" in the top left corner. Has anyone else encountered this issue. It's working so that's fine but it would be useful to know what the issue is.

It's working so that's fine but it would be useful to know what the issue is. I did have a couple of issues which may assist you.......... 1. Most SIM cards need activating first, which you will need to do on a mobile phone. IF you get a PAYG SIM and just put it in, it probably won't work. 2. Make sure the SIM contacts are lined up because I noticed that the card can go past the contact area. 3. To activate the SIM once inserted, you will need to reboot the control panel by powering it down Once I had done these things, it worked fine |

Thanks I've not managed to sort it but its working fine. I'll probably order a replacement SIM card see if that makes any difference.
