Hello, I am using the K7 panel since 4 months But I am facing a new problem: The k7 time displayed on the panel is not changing after ARM / Disarm of the panel.  When I restart the panel the time will be displayed correctly. I tried to reset it but the same problem still occurs. My K7 panel is not stable. Do you have idea? Please help |

This problem has started for me as well. Time freezes, no sms on arm or disarm, and auto arm disarm no longer working, likely due to time freeze.

Unplugging power and revertimg to battery power corrected the clock and Im receiving SMS alerts again. We will see if this works long term.

Scratch that, restoring AC power has brought the issue back Turning off SMS notifcations has solved the problem now, going on nearly 24 hours. I had this feature disabled for a mostly trouble free 2 years. I enabled SMS alerts (for arm/disarm) and it worked great for 2 weeks. Then this issue began. Resetting, running on battery until dead then restoring AC power, among several other troubleshooting steps (not factory resetting) did not resolve, but disabling SMS alerts has had the longest success time. I will try to report back if it relapses again. |
