Hi, my alarm siren is going off, 3 times in a row, for a couple of seconds quite regularly as in a few times a day? The mains power is connected as when I disconnect/reconnect it beeps. I am wondering if it is a fault with the internal battery. Hope you can help. Cheers Phil.

I don't have 'the' answer but a couple of things to try...... 1. When this happens, are any of the sensors being activated? You don't mention whether this is when the alarm is armed or disarmed? 2. I would have thought that the power supply would take priority over the battery. 3. Does the siren yodel for the specified amount of time when triggered? A failed battery or low charge should cause the strobe to flash, not yodel. If it reaches 3.6V the strobe should flash constantly. If it goes below 3.5V it should mute it altogether. I would try deleting the siren from the control panel and factory reset the siren. press the button on the back for 3 seconds (looks like a signal bar on a phone and two interlinked circles). See if that helps. The only other thing I can think of is the distance to the control panel. I don't know what results you would get with an intermittent link. So could you put the siren near it and see if that changes anything. Not sure if any of that will help Tazzy
