Hello dear friends, i have W10 device and camera (n62)can not connect to W10 app. I only managed to do it once. Now it is not possible. Camera lights up green as ONLINE in app and is synchronized with the factory password 123 without problem. But when I want to look at the shot, the message "Incorrect password, Please try again"
The camera operates normally in Yousee. I want to have a camera and alarm in one application :-(

I have this problem too with Kerui Smart Apps too, can detect my cam and status online, when trying to view the cam it says incorrect password,it works fine in Yoosee apps. The problem is during setup configuration, only either one of the apps can run. Not sure if Kerui Smart Apps install in one phone and Yoosee apps in another phone will connect or not.
