Phone cable has to connect to Fibre optic Modem but it works withmine. My poblem is wifi connection now. It does not bind anymore after reset. GPRS also doesn't work.

Hi, my unit never recognise the PST connexion. is this a after box connexion or a before box connexion? cdt PTSN connects to standard copper phone line. If you have VOIP or digital phone line in which your home phone needs to plug into your modem the PTSN plug on the back of W193 will NOT work. If you do have a copper phone line (typically your internet would be ADSL) then you can plug a phoneline from the PTSN on W193 into a phone socket in the house. If you have ADSL you will need to put a ADSL filter in the phoneline going to W193.

I thought the phone outlet at the Optical Network Terminal aka fibre broadband modem suppose to be analog signal. It can connect to a normal analog home phone. But it doesn't work for me too. Probably I have a bad cable while carrying out the test.

GPRS also doesn't work. I am having this problem now too, after i reset my dualband router with different ssid for 2.4 and 5Ghz Aung, have you solved your wifi connection? Finally I tried all ways to get it reconnect back. 1) Turn off 5Ghz ssid if your router being set to auto bandwidth steering or set different ssid between 2.4 and 5Ghz. 2) Check your router security setting and use wpa for 2.4Ghz. 3) Delete all wifi settings in wifi menu by press and hold number pad #2 4) I did a factory reset to default too. 5) Power OFF the W193 host (Turn OFF usb power supply and also turn OFF the switch behind the panel) 6) Turn ON usb power supply only. 7) On your phone make sure connect to 2.4Ghz wifi 8) Run Kerui Smart Apps and touch on + 9) Key in 2.4Ghz wifi password and stop there, then go to alarm host panel 10) Alarm host go to wifi menu. press and hold number pad #1 and hold for 5 seconds, then on your phone touch on configuration. 11) There after it detected my W193 alarm host. Hope that helps.
