It says in the manual not to mount two PIRs too close to each other as they might interfer.
I don't get that. If they are mounted side by side, how can they interfer? Would they not interfer more if they are on the opposite side of the room, towards each other?
Reason for asking is, I got another alarm system, Arlo Wifi cameras with inbuilt PIRs in them. These two systems complement each other good as Kerui G19 is a GSM system: 1. I get a SMS + phone call if a burglar breaks in. 2. I can check with Arlo that it is indeed a burglar (uploads instantly to the cloud, I can check in smartphone App), before calling the police.
So I want to mount the Kerui PIRs next to the Arlo cameras, as they are in the best place. Unwise to do so? If unwise, how far away must they be and what happens if they overlap or point towards each other, please?
