Hi All,
as I described in subiect the issue is that some sensor activates alarm when it is disarmed. It happens several times everyday day. Fortunately alarm is not activated by random sensor only by sensor which is activated by moving person
Has anyone suffered from such issue ?
Any suggestion how to solve it.
Thanks, Karol

I had the same issue, now it's gone (I think it was gone after I added wireless siren which plugs into wall socket). But at the moment SIM card works intermittently, so I would recommend to get rid of this junk, because I had nothing but only problems with it.

Just checking the logic here 1. Your alarm is in disarmed mode. 2. You walk past a certain motion sensor and even though your K7 is in disarmed mode the alarm triggers and your siren starts sounding.

Exactly you understrand it correctly. It is difficult to investigate issue due to problem appears randomly.

Sensors do not care whether the alarm is in Armed or Disarmed Mode (they don't even know). There task is simple, if they detect a change they will send a signal regardless..
So don't worry about your sensor it is not the problem.
The problem is with the K7 unit.
K7 will ALWAYS be monitoring the 433Mhz range and will ALWAYS see when detectors send signal, but it is what it does when it sees that signal which is based on armed/disarmed/home + zone type (emergency, stay, ordinary, doorbell) etc.
So before you right off K7 as having a code problem which is unfixable (because you don't have reflash access to the EPROM chip board).
I would be checking through your settings and make sure that sensor does not belong to any group or zone which is set to something like emergency which would cause K7 to trigger no matter what state the Alarm Panel is in.

Siren On Home Thief
Now I changed from Siren ON to Siren Off. I am waiting for result.

Hi All....so there seems to resolution to the issue...seems I have to purchase another model such as a W193 or W2. Very frustrating...keeps on alarming in either disarmed or armed mode for no reason. In particular the PIRs

" src="//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/angry.png">I am another one with the same problem!! Have the K7 panel with 22 sensors and 2 wireless solar sirens, six of them are PIRS and the six make false alarming with the panel on DISARMED OR HOME MODE. Right now i turn the PIRS off till some resolves the problem. I am sure that the problem its on the panel cause in my case the false alarming is when the family is at home and the PIRs make continuos detections. When we are out and the system is armed we had no problems till know. PD the PIRs configuration are from zone 15 to zone 20 one per zone SIREN ON/HOME/THIEF
